Reynolds, Paul

Paul Reynolds is an Associate Professor in Political Science at the University of Queensland, specialising in Queensland politics, political sociology, and electoral behaviour. He is the author of The Democratic Labor Party (1974) and Political Sociology: An Australian Perspective (1990), and has written over 60 articles, papers, monographs, and chapters – most dealing with federal and state politics. Paul has been a respected national media commentator on Queensland and federal politics for over 30 years. Since 1993, he has been Chair of the Queensland Chapter of the Australasian Study of Parliament Group, and was National Chair from 1999-2000.
